Are you still making deliveries?

We will deliver to your door step or to your room of choice, our drivers will stay fully compliant with regulations and your safety and theirs is our primary concern.

If you’re shielding or self-isolating and would like to rearrange your delivery, please email our team [email protected] at least 3 days before your scheduled delivery and they will be happy to help you. 

Are Customer Services available for me to contact?

Our Customer Services team can be contacted Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 17:00 by Chat or email. Please visit our Contact page for all contact channels. You can also find us on Social Media. 

Will your product availability be interrupted?

A large majority of our beds and mattresses are made in our own factory in Oldbury, in the West Midlands, which will continue to operate during the new restrictions. So most of our own-brand products are available as normal. 

Global shortages of raw materials will remain a challenge for all manufacturers, including ourselves and our suppliers, and interruptions can impact production at very short notice.

When you purchase a product from us, it is already in stock and ready to ship so there is no risk of your order being impacted. 

Should I be concerned about handling my goods after delivery?

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has confirmed that there is no evidence to suggest that the Covid-19 virus can be transmitted via the shipment of goods.

Public Health England has similarly confirmed there is no evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from packages.

What happens if my product develops a fault?

The current Covid-19 situation does not affect your product guarantee or your statutory rights.

Product under guarantee

If your product develops a possible fault, please report this to our Customer Services team as soon as the issue becomes evident. Where appropriate, they will raise an independent inspection to identify any fault and to establish the cause. The inspection company will contact you direct to arrange a visit. Once the report is available, we will get in touch to discuss how to proceed based on the inspection findings.
