Delivery Information


Every part of your experience with Sleep and Snooze will be easy and simple! That includes our delivery services. By partnering with Dreams Delivery Network, you can be assured your bed will be delivered by professionals at every step. 

Our deliveries are free and fast to start your new nights sleep in the very best way. We'll call you on the day to give you a two hour time slot so you know when to expect us. 

If you have any questions about your delivery, our friendly customer services team will always be on hand to help! 

Day of Delivery and Social Distancing

We’ll send you an email and text message the day before your delivery date to confirm your estimated time slot. The delivery team will give you a call on the day of your delivery before 10:30am just to let you know that everything is still going according to plan. If anything changes during the day, they will continue to keep you updated so you know exactly what is going on.

During this call, the team will let you know what to expect once they arrive and how to follow social distancing during the visit.

Our main priority is to make sure the delivery can take place while maintaining the well-being of you and our colleagues. This will be a contactless visit and our team will be fully equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE).

Deliveries will be to your room of choice.

When the delivery team arrive, they will call you to say they are outside your home. Please open your front door and retire to another room, and always keep at least 2 metres from the team. Please wear a mask during the visit and make sure your hallway is well ventilated.

When the team has finished, they will photograph the boxed and packaged items they have delivered to your room of choice.

Finally, the team will call you from their van and ask you to check the goods. If everything is OK, they will sign the proof-of-delivery device on your behalf.

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders with no minimum spend! 

Deliveries will be to your room of choice.

In order to maintain the well-being of you and our delivery colleagues, we have put in place social-distancing and hygiene measures, and the delivery teams will be fully kitted out with personal protective equipment. We would value your support in strictly observing social distancing at all times.

On the day of delivery if we are unable to deliver the goods (for example because the specified delivery location is unoccupied) you may be charged a redelivery fee of £38 (£4.95 for orders under £100).

Premium Delivery Services

At Sleep and Snooze, we want to make sure we can work around you. That’s why for just £24 we can offer a morning delivery (7am-midday) or an afternoon delivery (midday-6pm). The service availability is dependent upon postcode area and is not available on bedroom furniture, linens and bedding.

Bedding Delivery

Free, no-contact delivery on all orders, no minimum spend. 

Our bedding and accessories will be delivered by Royal Mail. Items are usually delivered within 10 to 14 working days and will be delivered to your door. Please note, bedding and accessories will arrive separately to your bed/mattress order.

Change Delivery Date

If you would like to change your delivery date, visit Manage Your Delivery. All you need is your order number, surname and postcode.
Please let us know at least 3 days before the expected delivery date as items are quickly sent out for delivery.
